Naomi leads Cosasco’s most valuable resource, its people.

Naomi comes to Cosasco with expertise in implementing and optimizing multi-level HR practices, change management programs, and organizational design initiatives. She partners with the leadership team to plan, improve, and coordinate employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.

Naomi began her career in customer service/tech support, and eventually led a call center, managing a team of support agents. She then transitioned to Human Resources, first focused solely on recruiting, taking on increasing responsibilities over the years.

Naomi holds a bachelor’s degree in Japanese from California State University, Los Angeles and holds both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
